"Thank you so much for all of your kindness concerning my mother, Dorothy Kelleher, and wonderful care you have given her during this past year. It means so much to me and my family to know she is receiving all the care she needs and is treated with dignity. Thanks for all you do and for your wonderful programs and services."
Jane Kelleher Alfe and Family
Dear Mr. DeLeon, Jr.
Thank you so much for the care I received at the Abington this year. The physical therapist, Bob, was a very big help to me. His expertise and encouragement enabled me to walk again. He was extremely helpful in explaining the care needed to keep progressing forward.
The service from your staff was wonderful. After speaking with some of my friends about the care they received else where, I realized much more how lucky I was to have been at the Abington. Dr. Jeff was very helpful in my being able to recover so fast.
The room and food was clean and well prepared and everyone was helpful and courteous to my family. I felt I couldn't be in a better place. The care and positive attitude was helpful in me getting better.

"This note is to say "thank you" to all the staff at the Abington. I was a patient from April 17th to April 26th. At a time when recovery is difficult, they always did their very best to make everyone comfortable. They showed compassion and were caring and attentive.
My sincere appreciation to everyone who helped during my stay.
"To all my new - found friends. You are a miraculous team! ready and willing to share all your knowledge with us for our recoveries. Even though you are "Task Masters" you made all our work so much more pleasant with your smiles and laughter. I have never met a team quite like you, dedicated and loving as you prod us along. Thanks for every thing. I shall never forget you all."

"I'm writing to thank you the wonderful way my Father was cared for during the time he lived at the Abington. I'd like to thank you personally for being so kind to my Mother during the difficult time she had knowing that he had to be placed in 24 hour care. That was a very hard decision for her and you made the process much easier.
I also can't say enough good things about Ruben who cared for my Father so lovingly and dutifully. Melanie was also so kind to him. It's a difficult job to care for Alzheimer's patients and they did it effortlessly. Even though it was a shock to lose him the way we did, it is a comfort to know that during his time there he was well cared for.
If he couldn't be home, the Abington was the next best place for him to be. I thank you all for being there to facilitate that for our family."
