Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a degenerative brain disorder that has no known cause, treatment or cure. It progressively impairs balance, movement, vision, speech and swallowing while the mind remains relatively clear. In March of 2002, actor and musician Dudley Moore died from PSP. the Society for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy is dedicated to finding the cause and cure for PSP and providing support and information to families.
