You made the process much easier

Dear Mr. Loveless,

I'm writing to thank you the wonderful way my Father was cared for during the time he lived at the Abington. I'd like to thank you personally for being so kind to my Mother during the difficult time she had knowing that he had to be placed in 24 hour care. That was a very hard decision for her and you made the process much easier.

I also can't say enough good things about Ruben who cared for my Father so lovingly and dutifully. Melanie was also so kind to him. It's a difficult job to care for Alzheimer's patients and they did it effortlessly. Even though it was a shock to lose him the way we did, it is a comfort to know that during his time there he was well cared for.

If he couldn't be home, the Abington was the next best place for him to be. I thank you all for being there to facilitate that for our family.
