Dear Mr. Brenneman,

I am writing in regards to one of your physical therapists at the Abington of Glenview, Bob Ahlgren. During my short stay there, I was very impressed with Mr. Ahlgren and greatly appreciated the care and concern he had towards me. He was very sincere and made me feel very comfortable. He also explained things to me in a manner that I easily understood and did not talk down to me. He took his time in helping me recover from my injuries and was very patient and kind with me. He made me feel very welcomed and care for. It is nice to know that there are still people out there who take pride in their work.
