Your jobs do not go unnoticed or unappreciated

Dear Staff, Aides and Personnel on the third floor of the Abington,

I understand your job here at the Abington is to care for and support patients while they are being rehabilitated.   They rely on you to help them through a difficult time until they return some normalcy to their lives. Most of the patients here are capable of maintaining their own personal care, but my mother, Helen Huttneris is not able to do much or very little without your help.

For those of you who have shown patience and kindness as well as compassion to her during the worst time of her 90 years, I thank you for my mother. She is aware of the problem she is for most of you and is embarrassed and humbled when she is able to express herself to me.   Thank you—your jobs do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
